Choose the appropriate topic for you and click “Submit” to submit your answer. Once this is done, a pop-up box will appear. If you click on the button titled “Show Answer,” a page containing multiple-choice answers will be displayed. If you like, you can type in your own answers and a summary of your answers will appear. Some questions may require some sort of response such as “I agree,” “I disagree,” etc. Others simply ask you to select your opinion. Your choices are shown below the question. You can double-click on an option if you’d like to review it. You will also see a word or phrase that identifies the correct answer.
In the second part of this series, I discussed the format in which you select your answer choices on MBSAQ. You also have some choices here. You can click on the “Show Options” link and browse through a variety of question styles. Some questions appear as questions, while others are listed as alternatives. When you’re taking my financial service industry quiz for yourself, you’ll need to make sure that the choices you’ve made in the first part of this series apply to your answers in the second part. Otherwise, your results will be different from those of others taking this same quiz.
One feature that the MBSAQ allows me to take is a simulated call with a real agent.
